Dave Lundborg
President of the Board of Directors and At Large Member.

A resident of Batavia since 1990 and a Tri-Cities native, Mr. Lundborg has been a volunteer at BATV since 2006, serving as the play-by-play voice of Bulldog sports for over 200 contests.  Dave has a project management background in the telecom industry.  Dave feels that BATV is an important communications tool that helps keep Batavians informed and up to date on news and events that affect them.  Despite considerable growth, Batavia has been able to maintain its small town feel and he feels BATV plays a key role in this.

Steve Allen
Vice President of the Board of Directors. Technology Committee Head and At Large Member.

Steve joined the BATV board in 2013 and has been a Batavia resident since 2006.  A native of Rockford, Illinois Steve has an extensive background in video and audio production, music, and theater.  His interests in video production began when he was in 3rd grade helping with his fathers’ home video business.  Holding an Electrical Engineering degree from Valparaiso University, Steve has since served the electric utility industry working for ComEd, NRG, the City of Batavia Electric Utility, and now serves as a consultant to multiple electric utilities for communication infrastructure design and installation.  Steve enjoys bringing the balance of technology and creativity to BATV and keeping all the tech running.

Stephan Perrault
At Large Member

Stephan Perrault is owner of Wellspring Creative Communications, a creative services agency based in Geneva, Illinois.  Beyond the extensive production experience of advertising photo/video that Wellspring performs for its clients, Mr. Perrault’s experience includes syndicated television, as well as film and nonfiction writing.

Alan Wolff
At Large Member

Alan served on the BATV board as the Batavia City Council representative from 2005 till 2019.  After the City Council appointed a new representative Alan stayed on the board as an At Large Member.  He is an involved volunteer with the production of both Football and Basketball broadcasts, volunteering for over 10 season of broadcast commentary.  He is also proud to have been involved with many technology upgrades over his time on the board-including PTZ camera installation at City hall, wiring of both Bulldog football stadium and BHS gym for live broadcasts, working with staff and BPS 101 for the newly revamped studio and control room, the HD upgrades/web casting opportunities and re-branding BATV. Looking to the future he plans to work with the BATV Board and Staff to provide high quality programming and access & information to the public thru ALL of BATV’s media outlets.
